We are very excited to welcome a baby into our family by adoption! We have always wanted to have children and after trying unsuccessfully to have a biological child, we realized we were meant to build our family through adoption! Our story started when we met in college. Now married for 4 years, we have a home in suburban Minneapolis, and have lots of fun together. We are very active and both enjoy running, biking, and camping. We also enjoy traveling, anything from weekend getaways to beach vacations in California. We are very fortunate to have close relationships with both our families. Our parents and siblings live within an hour from us, so we see them often. Ben's parents live on a lake, and we spend many of our summer weekends having fun on the water and BBQing with them. Kate's family loves playing games. In the summer, its bocce ball and in the winter we stay warm playing board games. We love to spend time at the park or swimming with our 3 nieces and nephews. Family is very important to both of us, and ours is very excited to welcome another child! Friends! We have a close group of friends with whom we enjoy going to Twins' games, having dinner parties, and playing with their children. We all look forward to having our kids play and grow up together!
