Hi!

We are extremely thankful for the opportunity to introduce ourselves. We recognize your strength in making one of life's most difficult decisions. We are very excited about this wonderful adventure of adoption. You will soon learn more about us and it would be a true gift to parent your child.

Our Story
Our story began at work like a lot of people, and our friendship soon grew into love.

Married for seven years, we had discussed adoption early on in our relationship, as we both agreed we would like to adopt children. It is interesting looking back to our conversations on adoption, for now we know we both have infertility issues.

We have two dogs, a Miniature Schnauzer, Budmin, and a Black Lab, Sage, who are both great with children and love to play with our nieces and nephews.

Family
We both come from families with four children. Our relationship with our families is close, and both families live in the metro area. We are also very fortunate to live only two blocks from Tricia's sister, in a northern suburb which allows us a lot of time with our niece and nephews.

Meet Brad
Through Tricia's eyes

Brad is one of the funniest guys I have ever met! Everyone comments on his humor, positive attitude and loud laugh. The first thing I learned from Brad was what vacation was. When he isn't at work as a hospital supply transportation driver, he will say, "Have fun, we're on vacation". He helped me realize that every moment is what you make of it. He is the fun uncle that children want to be around. He can make fun out of anything.

I look forward to seeing Brad explore the world with our child whether it will be visiting the wild life refuge, collecting bugs in the yard, sports, fishing, hunting or just hanging out. I know Brad will be a great father and will do it with humor and love. A kid at heart, Brad is a guy you will see riding on the back of a shopping cart through the parking lot when he is eighty years old.

Meet Tricia
Through Brad's eyes

I knew I was in love with Tricia when she shared her bag of Cheetos with me while we talked on lunch break at our place of work. I found Tricia to be confident, bold, spontaneous, independent, and she is never afraid to take a risk. My love grew even deeper while on a trip to Florida to help my brother and his wife clean up the damage after hurricane Ivan. She is always willing to help others.

Tricia is currently employed as a contract manager in the health care field. Aside from spending time with family and friends, Tricia enjoys music, playing the piano, and playing with our dogs. Tricia comes from a very close family background where she learned the importance of family and friends. As a little girl, Tricia always knew that she wanted to be a mom, and adoption will fulfill her dream (and mine). Tricia will make an excellent mom!

Thank You!

We are very appreciative of your time and hope to meet you! Thank you for the wonderful gift you are giving. We would love the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about us as you consider all of your options.

With Love,
Brad & Tricia
