Our Promise to you, is to love your child with all our hearts and give your child all that it is we have to give. From day one, your child will be told the story of their own adoption, of your love sacrifice. You will always have a special place in the heart of your child. Why Adoption... Simply, we just want to love another child, and Chad and I have always wanted to adopt. We feel your consideration of adoption is an act of the greatest love. We have all the respect and admiration in the world for you and are in total awe of the courage you are demonstrating. Chad is silly; he makes up his own dances and his own words to songs. We all roll our eyes, but we laugh. We laugh a lot! Chad is also our rock. He works hard to provide for us and to make sure we are all safe and taken cared of. Chad is patience and calm and he helps the girls with homework and the webkinz. The best daddy ever, his world revolves around us all just as it will with your child. Beth is the love of my life. She sees the joy and opportunity in things when others see the road blocks. As the planner and organizer of our lives, she ensures the children get the opportunities they need and to the places they need to be. She can not wait to do this with your child, because being a mom is her greatest passion and gift in life. The Girls: So far we have two daughters; Madeline who is 5 and Eileen who is 3. They are both bright and energetic. Maddy is very affectionate and caring. She loves every animal she sees and wants to keep them safe and warm. Ellie is independent and loves everything there is to do with water. We can not get her out of the bath tub. They are both very excited to welcome a new brother or sister into their lives. When Chad's whole family gathers it is a small country!! The whole family (47 +) can be found together for the Holidays or for the annual family reunion in Iowa. The whole troop takes four days to camp out, cook over a camp fire, play water games, cards and has fun as a family. Beth's whole family is within 45 minutes, so we see them often. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins are all at birthday parties, school events and dance recitals. Creating our memories and traditions will always be who we are. Family customs include: watching "Happy Thanksgiving Charlie Brown" and having a picnic on the living room floor, Making and putting out cookies for Santa, Fishing with Daddy; Making snow angles and building snowmen. Our Lifestyle: We built our home four years ago, to be comfortable and welcoming. We make a point to eat together every night and talk about our days, what was important and what we learned. We are generally outside watching the kids on the jumpy, skating on the pond, or just running with the neighbors. In the evening, we love a backyard camp fire with marshmallows and going for a frog hunt with the kids.
