Hi, Our names are Chase and K.T. and we want to thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about us, our lives and the home and life we can provide a child. Becoming Dads has been a dream of ours for as long as we can remember. We can only begin to imagine how difficult this process may be for you.

CREATING OUR FAMILY:
We are open to having an extended family that includes frequent contact with you, if you wish. Regardless of the circumstances, it is important that a child feel that they belong and are connected with their history. Some of our closest friends were adopted and their experiences have inspired us to adopt.

WHO ARE WE?
We are a fun loving, playful and energetic couple. We love spending time outdoors in our yard, biking or visiting art shows and botanical gardens. We love to cook and entertain friends and family together. We are focused, determined and structured so that we can achieve our mutual goals, including having a balanced family life with children. Our combined strengths balance and complement one another.

SPONTANEOUS, PLAYFUL & CARING DAD:
Chase is, first of all caring, passionate and playful. Above all, he values family, friends and time together. He is constantly organizing gatherings of those we love everywhere we go. He enriches the lives of those around him and is always thinking of others. He is a pure joy to be with and a blast to be around. His loyalty to family and friends are inspiring.

He is passionate about the arts, especially photography and painting, which he incorporates into his life on a weekly basis. I am always amazed at how he sees the beauty in the ordinary daily surroundings. His art fills our home. In addition, Chase enjoys time spent in the kitchen, baking goodies (peanut butter chocolate chip are my favorite) and creating dishes from scratch to further express his creativity. I feel truly blessed to have found someone as special as Chase to share my life and build our family. -K.T.

ENCOURAGING, ATTENTIVE & LOVING DAD:
Let me share with you why KT will be a great Dad. KT has strong family values, a heart of gold and a most encouraging person. He cherishes relationships and time spent with family and friends whether close to home or traveling to visit his sister, brother and Mom, who live in different parts of the country, which offers great exposure to new experiences.

KT is driven and focused, which will make for an attentive Dad who will keep life in perspective while never losing sight of the goals, hopes and dreams that a child will have for themselves. When KT is not with family and friends you can find him in the yard creating beautiful spaces to explore, in the kitchen cooking amazing ethnic food, staying active by biking, running, working out or snowboarding. KT will make an amazing, well rounded, loving Dad. - Chase

FAMILY & FRIENDS:
We have a large and extended family and friend network. Our family and friends are supportive of us as a couple and excited as we look to expand our own family through adoption. Like us, our families and friends are loyal, loving, outgoing playful and creative. Our siblings have children of all ages from toddlers to teenagers that will all make great cousins. We see family often, spending time eating, playing board and card games, Wii Guitar Hero and cow racing. We have taken our nieces and nephews to the movies, the Minnesota Zoo, the Science Museum, the Walker Museum, and Disney World theme park, just to name a few.

OUR DAILY SURROUNDINGS:
Our home is filled with laughter, great smells, fun art and the sound of scurrying dog feet. Chase and I share our lives with two miniature, affectionate Schnauzers. Chase's playful nature keeps our home warm and inviting where everyone is welcome. We love entertaining, going for bike rides, exploring our community and the arts and snuggle time with the pups! Our suburban St. Paul, Minnesota home is in a neighborhood with lots of kids, pets, creeks and backyard swing sets. We live only three blocks from our local school and community center, where there are tons of activities. Minneapolis/St. Paul is a fantastic place to raise kids, since there are so many things to see and do. Chase is an executive director of an assisted living community and K.T. works in the city as an executive for a software company.

OUR DREAM:
We've always known that we've wanted to share our lives with children and we can't picture our lives without them. We look forward to building our own family traditions with a strong and supportive extended family, much like we both had growing up. We can't wait to start a family and would be honored if you chose us to raise your child!
