Hello! We are
Steve and Tammy
and we would like the opportunity to know you better. In the meantime, allow us to share a little of our story.

We met in high school through our church youth group in St. Paul, MN and ended up at the same college in Chicago, IL.

Our Relationship
After becoming great friends in college we dated a long time before getting married. We spent great times together and separately with friends and family, established ourselves in our careers and explored the world around us. There was never any question that we wanted children and our goal was to start a family as soon as we were married but God had different plans for us.

Starting our Family
Married 6 years ago, we tried to have children, but even medical procedures and infertility treatments did not work for us. As we watched our friends have children and watched them grow along with our niece and nephew, we realized that there was still hope for us to have the family we always dreamed of: Adoption!

As we talked to people about their stories: adoptive parents, adopted children and birth mothers, we realized what a courageous and loving decision it is for you to consider adoption.

Our Personal Interests
We do not have any children right now but know we will provide a loving home for a child. We have many interests and really love to just have fun in everything we do! During the spring and summer you can find Steve fishing on a Minnesota lake, playing golf, camping in the Boundary Waters, mowing the lawn or landscaping the back yard. Throughout the rest of the year, Steve loves to play hockey, baseball, and basketball with his nephew or sip tea with his niece.

Tammy enjoys reading to the children, playing games and doing anything crafty. She likes to knit, scrapbook, take photographs, read, and be outside.

We both like to go to the theater, travel and have lots of fun with our family and friends.

We love to laugh and have fun: going on vacation, playing video games, watching movies, playing with our niece and nephew and hanging out with friends and family. It will be wonderful to share our love and laughter with children.
