We look forward to providing a loving home for your baby, and understand this must be a difficult process--finding the best people to raise your child. We hope to be those people!

Why We Are Adopting

We have spent many years trying to build a family, but have been challenged by infertility. We are now thrilled about the prospect of building a family through adoption! From trying to have a baby on our own, to using the help of science, to adopting -- our goal has always been the same: raising a child with whom we can share our love and experiences.

Our Life

We met while working together and an immediate friendship began. We have now been married for almost 10 years. Shortly after getting married, we bought our home with anticipation of building a family. The first addition we made was our dog, Chloe, an 8-year-old Schipperke who loves kids.

Summertime brings trips to the lake. Tiffany's parents have a lake home up north where we love to spend time boating, jet skiing, golfing, grilling, and hanging out with our family and friends. Summer also means baseball season. We love to take trips to see our favorite team in different ballparks around the country. When weather doesn't allow us to be soaking up the sun, we play games, watch movies, or travel to somewhere warm and sunny.

We enjoy living in a suburban neighborhood with lots of parks, near many of our relatives, and take pleasure in big (and sometimes HUGE) family get-togethers. Tiffany is very close to her family - including two nephews and twin nieces. Mark's brother and sisters, along with their combined six children, also live nearby. His parents live in Florida with his youngest sister -- we make it a point to see them often. Our entire family is waiting with open arms to welcome a new child through adoption.

Tiffany

My job as a floral designer and teacher combines my passion about education and flowers--and I get my summers off! I like to get my hands dirty in the gardens around the house, I read avidly, and I love to cook. Baking desserts is my specialty! I enjoy making cookies to share with family, friends and neighbors. Both of my sisters recently had babies, so I often go to visit and help. I feel fortunate that I live so close to my parents and two sisters, and truly value my time with them. I'm looking forward to having the best job that I can imagine: being a mom!

Mark

I've been fortunate enough to meld a passion for great food into my career, as my job is running an Italian restaurant. I often experiment with different types of food-- especially on the grill. In my spare time, I like doing yard work, landscaping, and growing herbs and peppers in the garden. If it is between March and October, you will be sure to find me checking baseball scores or tinkering with cars. This is especially true if I'm not able to catch a Twins game. Whenever possible, I get out on the golf course, play yard games, or simply chill out with friends. It is my greatest desire to share my hobbies and interests with a child - from sports and reading to simply playing and having fun!
